"Pros: Krystelle est Pierrick sont des hôtes formidables, accueillants et passionnés par leur activité ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, confortable et bien équipé. La piscine et le jardin sont très jolis et parfaits pour les enfants. Très beau château au Lude à 5 minutes en voiture. "Really nice, quiet family suite at the top of the hotel, but you are literally a stone's throw from the station and very walkable to the centre of Tours. Highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly too. And the breakfast was lovely!"

"Lovely style and frontage of Hotel . Rooms were great and really large bed to stretch out on . All other facilities in room were fine and cool clean. A good size lift to get to other levels. Breakfast was good and had a variety of things on offer as a buffet. Coffee wasn’t the greatest either in the jug or the machine. Very clean and attentive servers. If you park I. The underground Car Park the hotel can give you money off. For those requiring overnight charging for your car there are facilities here too! Lots of places to choose to eat . Will be back to explore Tours in more detail - for us it was a brief stop on the trip home !"

"When we checked in the staff member was very polite and helpful with some key points. We had a top floor room with a nice view of the river and towards the city. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the air-con worked a treat as was the heat wave, bathroom was excellent and there was a safe. However, it did lacked luggage space and the TV never worked, but it did not disturb us too much. No milk for the coffees. Breakfast was fine, basic selection and some of the hot food looked like it had been out for too long. We enjoyed the stay, stayed in other Hilton by Hampton and had better and for a lower price, but seemed to be the Tours rate."
