Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming holiday flat for rent in Châteaudouble, very close to Draguignan. The flat is located within a private home, features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 67 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the ground floor of a guest house, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 14 m² living area with a TV and a sleeping area featuring a double sofa bed
- A fully fitted kitchen with a dining area, including the following appliances: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fans by each bed, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A shared 6x12 m saltwater swimming pool (unheated), open from 15 May to 15 September, secured by an electric cover
- A private south-facing terrace of 54m², with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared enclosed garden of 100m²

The flat is ideally situated near Draguignan, in a very pleasant, secluded setting on a cul-de-sac. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Things to do:
- Go for a walk right by the water’s edge along the River Nartuby, starting directly from La Bouscarle.
- Set off by bike or on foot along the ‘La Vigne à Vélo’ cycle path to the peaceful hamlet of Rebouillon.
- Visit the Artillery Museum in Draguignan – it’s free and brimming with military history.
- Explore the Pierre de la Fée, an impressive dolmen listed as a historic monument.
- Climb the Clock Tower for a panoramic view over the rooftops of Draguignan.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard in front of the accommodation (space for one vehicle). You can also park a second vehicle along the lane.

- The nearest bus stop is 1 km away.
- Nearest railway station: Les Arcs – Draguignan, a 25-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur, a 1 hour 10 minute drive away

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- The flat does not have air conditioning, but as it is situated in the shade, near a river, and is constantly breezy, it remains pleasantly cool even in hot weather.
- The flat is on the ground floor of a guest house where the owner lives. The garden and swimming pool are shared with the owner and the other holiday lets on the property.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, subject to a supplement of €20 per pet, provided they are house-trained, calm and well-behaved. They must not be left alone in the accommodation. Please clear up after your pet.
- The owner’s cat and dog will be free to roam the grounds.
- The entire property is non-smoking, including the house, the terrace and the garden. Please smoke on the path leading to the accommodation, whatever the weather.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions. Please do not swim whilst using any products that may contaminate the water or the filter sand (body lotions, hair products, sun cream, etc.). Please tie your hair back whilst swimming to prevent it from blocking the filtration system. Animals are not permitted in the pool.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for the next guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any electrical appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
