Modern, air-conditioned villa, 2 bedrooms with pool and spa

New, bright and air-conditioned contemporary villa for 4 people in Châteauneuf de Gadagne, near AVIGNON.

- Very nice house facing south (to fill up on the sun), 100m2, recent construction, it has all the amenities so that you have a great stay.

- No smoking / pets not allowed / Wifi access
Rental is preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

Cleaning fee: €100 to be paid by check or cash upon arrival at the house.

The house is located 10 minutes from the Avignon Sud motorway exit.

This pretty house of full feet comprises:
- A beautiful 40m2 air-conditioned living room, including 1 open kitchen, industrial type, fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher).
In the adjoining cellar, you will find the washing machine, a small fridge and a wine cellar.

The living space also includes a dining room with large ceramic table, a buffet and a living room with sofa and large TV screen.

- Second space, an air-conditioned corridor serving 2 beautiful, very bright bedrooms. Each includes a large French window which overlooks the garden and a terrace.
Built-in cupboard in each room.
A double bed in 140 for the first bedroom and a double bed in 160 for the second.

- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a vanity unit 2 sinks.

- 1 separate toilet

The whole house is open to the private garden of 400m2 including:
- 1 large terrace with 1 table and chairs for 8 people
- 1 relaxation area (coffee table and outdoor armchairs)
- 1 sunbathing area with Jacuzzi and sun loungers

An ideal stay in the heart of Provence, the village of Châteauneuf de Gadagne, perched on a small hill, has kept its ramparts from the 12th and 14th centuries which encircle the castle.

The property is in a nice quiet area and is modern, clean and well equipped. The outside space is very good - and larger than we expected for a 2 bed property - and great for dining / relaxing. We had a great holiday there and were very pleased with the property.

La maison est agréable mais ne correspond pas pleinement à l’annonce.Si elle est propre et fonctionnelle, le séjour a été perturbé, par un élément majeur non mentionné : la proximité d’un aérodrome.Les avions de tourisme et hélicoptères passent régulièrement au-dessus de la maison, générant du bruit. Ce problème est malheureusement connu par le voisinage et les locaux et les associations d'environnement nous l'ont confirmé. Cette nuisance sonore a pesé sur l'expérience globale.

Modernes Haus mit tollem Pool in zentraler Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist neu, mit allem was man benötigt sowie einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im hübschen Garten befinden sich ein toller Pool, zahlreiche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und ein Boule-Platz. Die netten Gastheber geben sich viel Mühe mit der regelmäßigen Poolpflege. Die Lage des Hauses ist zum Erkunden der Provence mit malerischen Orten wie Saint-Rémy-de-Provence oder Gordes und Städten wie Avignon, Arles, Nîmes oder der imposante Pont du Gard geradezu perfekt. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Für deutsche Gäste wäre noch der Hinweis angebracht, dass keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender verfügbar sind. Uns hat das nicht gestört.

Maison très agréable

La maison, son jardin et sa piscine sont conformes aux photos de l’annonce. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour. La tranquillité bercée par les cigales est un vrai plus Merci à nos hôtes, Laure et Nicolas.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Laure et Nicolas qui ont été très accueillants! La maison est très agréable, nous avons apprécié autant la clim à l'intérieur que la piscine à l'extérieur :) Effectivement un peu de vis à vis des voisins, mais rien de très gênant !

Un lieu au calme pour des vacances reposantes

La location est très agréable au calme. Bien située. Près de multiples lieux touristiques toit en étant au calme. La climatisation a été très appréciée avec cette canicule. La piscine est fort agréable. Laure et son mari les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été disponibles. Seul petit bémol pour nous : un peu de vis à vis à gauche et à droite de la maison même si les voisins sont très discrets. Cette location est parfaite pour un couplé ou une famille pour y passer de très belles vacances. Merci à Laure et son mari. Valérie et Fabrice

Belle villa bien équipée, très agréable et fonctionnelle, vous ne manquerez de rien. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous Selon la période, vous bénéficierez de la piscine et/ou du jacuzzi dans un extérieur très bien aménagé. Le logement est très bien situé, permettant de nombreuses visites dans un faible périmètre.

Un très bon séjour et une maison des plus agréables

Le petit lotissement est très calme, la maison est neuve moderne, fonctionnelle et idéalement située. Nous avons apprécié l'intérieur et l'extérieur avec une belle piscine et des aménagements parfaits. Tout est propre et accueillant. L'intérieur est cosy et spacieux. Tout y est et on se sent vite chez "soi". La climatisation, le garage intérieur avec portail électrique sont très appréciables également Bref, nous recommandons sans souci !!!!
