Just 5 minutes from Montélimar, on 3,000 m² of wooded land, a beautiful, air-conditioned holiday rental with a Zen-inspired design featuring natural materials, in a quiet setting yet close to all amenities. The cottage features a bedroom with a shower, sink, and a 160-cm bed, opening onto a small private terrace with no overlooking neighbors. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and opens onto the large living area, which features two sofas, one of which converts into a 140-cm bed. From this room, you’ll have access to a large, shaded terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the garden. Finally, you’ll have access to the 10m × 5m swimming pool, which is shared with the owners. A cleaning service is available for 50€.<br>The cottage is located 5 minutes from the highway exit, 20 minutes from the beautiful villages of Grignan and Mirmande, and less than an hour from the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont du Gard, Avignon, and the castles of Drôme Provençale.
