Village house in the heart of medieval Drôme at the gateway to the Ardèche

This village house, completely renovated between 2018 and 2020, is located in the heart of medieval Drôme, at the gateway to Provence, in the town of Châteauneuf-du-Rhône, south of Montélimar.

You’ll reach this unique house via a quiet alleyway; the walls of the village’s ancient fortifications run right through it and can be seen throughout the area.

The house, spread over three levels, features:
- 1 large, air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a work area, and a small terrace overlooking the castle ruins and the church bell tower.
- 1 small air-conditioned bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 x 90 x 190), a walk-in closet, and a small terrace overlooking the castle ruins and the church bell tower.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen/dining room
- 1 pantry
- 1 living room, 1 bathroom with tub and toilet
- 1 large entryway with coat closet
- 1 laundry room

Amenities:

Dishwasher, washing machine, TV with channels, Amazon Prime (you can log in with your Netflix account), DVD player, induction cooktop, multifunction microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettles, hair straightener, hair dryer.

Supplies:

Provided for your use: a sponge, a tea towel, dishwasher and laundry detergent tablets. You’ll also find coffee filters, salt, pepper, a few herbs, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

For cleaning:

Broom, mop, cleaning sponge, dish sponge, 2 trash bags for the kitchen, 2 trash bags for the bathroom, bathroom cleaning supplies, microfiber dusting cloth.
Note: The wooden stairs should not be cleaned with a mop, but with a microfiber cloth

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
