"My room was not cleaned once after a 5 day / 4 night stay. Additionally, the toilet was leaking the whole stay."

"When I fly out of RDU, I always stay here, either before my flight or after. Some would say it needed updates but I'm not picky; it's very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to check-in and airport shuttle employees--always great service, I really appreciate them! I usually skip breakfast and sleep in so I can't say anything about it. I like leaving my car there and taking the shuttle to the airport, no hassles. I fully recommend this hotel."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Breakfast was hot and fresh. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The pool table and games in the lobby are super fun. They just need to buy a few new pool ques. I would absolutely stay there again!"

"The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful. "

"the staff was absolutely so caring and so amazing. They were so helpful and I looked forward to seeing them in the morning at breakfast :). The place was very clean and I loved that they had pots and pans and a kitchen because it helped us save money on the trip !! The hotel was in a great area with lots around and we felt very safe."

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."
