Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full dinners in the open, well-equipped kitchen, and then dine inside or outside on the multi-level deck. This home also offers a cozy sunroom and a landscaped yard fenced in on two sides and open to the woods at the back - perfect for outdoor games with your kids and dogs. You're sure to enjoy the comforts and amenities of this Chatham vacation home. Walk or bike to Hardings Beach, just a mile away, or take a pleasant stroll through the adorable town of Chatham, where you can sample some delicious local cuisine, visit galleries and museums, or do a little shopping just a little over two miles east. And for adventures on the water, bring your boat to the Barn Hill boat launch, just a quarter-mile down the street. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Cutest Cape House!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Chatham. Our dog loved the backyard, and the inside was clean and cozy. The walk to the beach was easy and about 20 minutes! Would absolutely come back again.

The Perfect Cape House!

This property was perfect for a relaxing Cape getaway. The location was incredible — less than 10 min drive to Main Street and tucked away in the beautiful neighborhoods of Chatham. My fiancé and I enjoyed walking down to Harding Beach! The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs and the house had everything you could need. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for family

Great location, close to Harding Beach and bike paths; perfect size for family; Comfortable beds, quiet, nice sitting areas, both the living room and sunroom, and grill and kitchen worked well! We did not end up sitting on the beach, but there were beach chairs if we had needed them which is handy, and a shed to store our bikes.

The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking.

Annual Winter Family Cape Trip

This place was fantastic! It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the kitchen, loved the beds, loved the living room. The backyard was huge and the deck was also quite large. All in all I would definitely go back and I highly recommend this property. It was so nice bringing our dog, but it would have been great if the yard was fenced in on all sides.

Cozy little cottage

We loved this little cozy cottage. Perfect for our mother daughter getaway from the busy city life. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will for sure come back again. Great stay!

Perfect cottage for a couple or small family. Lovely sun porch to read on, king bed and cable in primary bedroom and a cozy sitting room also with full cable. WiFi was great and able to work remote/video conference with no issues. Private backyard on a corner lot. A lovely walk to Hardings Beach and a super short drive to Chatham. Clean with thoughtful updates throughout while maintaining Cape charm.

Lovely Cottage

This house was perfect for our last taste of summer with my wife. The backyard was great to enjoy breakfast out there, the houses amenities were perfect for cooking meals at home and they had beach chairs which saved us since we forgot them! I definitely am looking forward to the next time we come back. The proximity to Harding's Beach was amazing for days we didn't want to drive far to go to a beach. Walking around the neighborhoods was also beautiful.

Relaxed week in Chatham

Exactly as it states in description. Quaint, clean and cozy. The small details were remarkable, towels, soaps, labels in kitchen and helpful binder. The beach 3 min drive, Hardings beach, perfect for sun tanning and swimming but sunsets were priceless.?

Chatham Stay

Teachers (and a dog) looking for a getaway during February break-- the house was exactly what we needed! The location was great for walks on the beach and runs around Chatham. Food store located close to the home along with several restaurants, many that were open in the off season. The space was very comfortable and perfect for 3 humans and a dog. We did note that the L-shaped couch in photos was not the couch in the living room and we were only slightly disappointed. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Perfect Chatham Retreat

We loved the outdoor area. It is really large and almost doubles the living/relaxing space. It's less than a mile from Hardings Beach where we went every day. It's worth it to buy a weekly beach pass because you will be there every day! It was also a short drive to downtown Chatham and Lighthouse Beach. We brought our little pup and we felt safe letting her out with us in the fenced-in yard. We were there in late June, but there is a gas fireplace which I imagine is great during the fall. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 stars is because the kitchen could use an upgrade, but really, who cares when you are on vacation.
