"Close to shops and restaurants. Well maintained building and property. Friendly staff and very helpful with any questions."

"I stayed here on a business trip, my first time there. The room had been recently renovated, everything is new. Everything worked perfectly. Nice quiet location just outside Chatham. The owner was very kind to accommodate my special request for parking. Room is not large but was certainly enough space. Fridge and microwave in the room were certainly appreciated. A couple of little tips: food facilities are a bit of distance, so I picked that up on the way there. Also the volume buttons on the TV remote are on the side. Overall very pleased and I recommend this motel "

"The place was cozy and mostly clean. Well situated close to everything. Quiet even though it’s close to a major street. Other than that no real complaints. Just remember to bring your own paper towel and Kleenex."

"Despite being under construction during my stay, the property was still very well maintained and managed. The room itself felt recently updated—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining room had a bright, cheery atmosphere that made for a great start to the day. The gym was more than adequate and felt a step above what I’ve experienced at most hotels. The standout of the stay, however, was the front desk staff. They were consistently cheerful, pleasant, and helpful, and their wonderful sense of humour made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a very positive stay with minimal disruption from the ongoing work."
