Gorgeous New 5 BDR, 4 BA Beach Home With Tower Outlook Suite!

"We enjoyed a week’s stay with our adult children (3) and grandkids (4). It was the perfect location given only 2.5 hour drive from home. The property was both pristine and comfortable. The private beach was quiet and easily accessible from the back door. We loved the porch overlooking the water for morning coffee, reading, bird-watching and dinners. We will be back! "

Waterfront Relaxation

"We had an absolute blast over Memorial Day weekend! The house was the perfect getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and full of little adventures. The pier was a highlight for us. We caught 3 stingrays, 2 eels, fish, crab, and even oysters — such a fun variety that kept us on our toes!It was also such a treat to bring our dogs along and include our fur family in the fun. We enjoyed dinner every night in the screened-in patio and sipped coffee each morning on the upstairs deck — just the kind of relaxing time we needed.Conveniently located too — Walmart was only about 20 minutes away for anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again!Great host- endured we were taken care of! "

The Perfect Spring Break

"My family and I enjoyed an amazing week at this perfectly appointed home. The view from the kitchen and family room was incredible. We usually stay in the Historic District, but this was comfortable, quiet, and a short golf cart ride to shops and restaurants. We greatly appreciated the nice bathrooms and kitchen and spacious rooms. We’ve been going to Cape Charles for years, and this was one of our most favorite trips and home! "

Beautiful charming rental

"This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative. The owner lives nearby and is very attentive to every need, yet leaves you alone if you wish to be. This is so convenient to everything, yet there is little traffic on old 13 and it is very quiet. There is a wonderful outdoor fire pit and Mr. Hawkins will make a fire for you if you wish. Outdoor sink for entertaining, cornhole, long tables for crab picking, and in the summer he plans to have bands on weekends! There is literally not one negative thing I can think of, I will be back if my travels take me back this way. You can go wrong to stay here!"

Perfect Cozy Vacation Rental on the Eastern Shore

Could use a deep cleaning, and more

"The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. The WiFi was not correct-the links that popped up were not in sync w/what was in the binder of info. When reached out to property manager for both entry inquiry and wifi, he was not quick to respond. Finally calling him, his wifi knowledge was incorrect. I feel if you all update the inside, clean, and fix wall (perhaps coming apart due to salt air?), along with fresh paint, you could rock this place as the proximity to Cape Charles sites is great. Otherwise, not too bad.The price was right comparitively."
