I picked this particular hotel for the hot tub & was told every day that the hot tub would be fixed the following day - I called before I booked specifically asking for the hot tub & they said nothing about it being broken - then after being there found out it was broke for over a week -

The desk clerk tried to charge me for the room (paid online) & lost my request for highest floor, which is why I got 1st floor. I refused to pay more for a higher floor/different room. No parking problems & the room was nice & clean. Loved the walk in shower & the room had everything needed. But as 1st floor: couldn't open curtains cause of car lights & an hour of running people overhead. The breakfast buffet food was hot & plentiful. Will come back again.

Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, friendly. Within walking distance of a few decent eating options, and located out of the hustle of downtown but still close enough to everything the city offers. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.
