The pool heater was in process of being repaired, but a cold pool wasn't the worst in the world! Beds were comfortable, room was clean, they even had bandages for a mishap of my hubby's! We enjoyed our stay and will come again. Breakfast was nice and fresh, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a shower that had handrails in it and around the rails looked like mold around it and in the corners of the shower. The hallway to our room had a horrible smell. They had plugins in the hall to help the smell but I think it made it worse. The staff was very nice and helpful and the staff the was helping with breakfast was very nice as well. Overall, for a 1 night stay it was ok.

The hotel was easy to find. Easy travel to downtown chatt. And waterfalls. Clean in general. Parking lot felt safe and well lit. The staff were all very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was great! Food always tasted fresh. You could always grab water or coffee by the front desk which we appreciated. Amenities in the room worked great. The beds were comfy (some found them a bit hard to each their own). The elevator does makes an odd sound once you get to the 3rd floor. If I had one request it would be to upgrade the shampoo and conditioners to the bigger bottles within the shower, but is just my preference over the little bottles. Over all very good 4 day stay!

Our 2-queen + sofa bed room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. There was dirt on the countertops and floors, fingerprints on the TV and windows, and the microwave had not been cleaned. All the air vents were coated in dust and had mold growing around them. There was also mold around the door frames and dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. The sofa and sofa pillows were completely covered with stains. When opening the sofa bed, we found dirty sheets wadded up on it. There was no clean bedding for the sofa bed, so we had to request it. The sink water pressure was so high it sprayed water all over the counter, but the shower had hardly any water pressure. The elevator is in need of maintenance. It makes a terrible grinding sound whenever it comes to a stop. We have stayed at La Quintas before and my family and I were very disappointed in this location. The staff were nice and the breakfast was decent.

I arrived earlier than check in time of 3:00pm due to taking a red eye flight. I asked if I could have a room earlier and the front lady was kind enough to let me have a room on the 1st floor. The only problem was it was next to the staircase and I didn’t realize how loud it was going to be throughout the day and evening. I didn’t want to pack everything up and ask for a room since I was only there for 3 nights. The carpeting in the hallway seemed a little dirty and had a funny smell. My room also had a funny smell. The room was comfortable and clean. It just looked like it could use a little sprucing up. The staff for the most part was excellent. The buffet was okay. Not the best food but it did the trick. The night counter person seemed to be the only employee there and had to do everything. I needed something one night and couldn’t find anyone. Other than my few complaints everything else was fine. Location was good for what I was doing. Had several restaurants in walking distance and was basically close to everything I needed. May be back next year’s
