This modern, fully renovated apartment is perched on a large corner lot in the heart of North Chatt. Just minutes to Coolidge Park , the Walnut Street Bridge and to the many restaurants on Frazier, the Tennessee Aquarium, and Stringer's Ridge. The property features a living space with an office nook, Smart TVs in all rooms, Queen bedroom, Full bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer available in the "unfinished" private basement.
The space
Enjoy coffee on the covered front porch before taking a stroll on the sidewalks while exploring the area. This community is super friendly and is perfect for biking, jogging, strolling, however you like to get around!
There is a basement / garage that you can use for some storage as well .

Two days of hiking

We just stayed one night. The house was clean. It had everything we needed. There were several items available: snacks, coffee, tea, towels, washrags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was super close to downtown for restaurants and the places that we wanted to hike.

Definitely 10/10

We have never given a rental experience a 10 out of 10 until now. The property is centrally located and close to everything. It has beautiful decor and a great layout. It was very clean and has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The host is very helpful and responds to text messages quickly. She worked with us to extend our stay by a day after getting there and liking the place so much.

Chattanooga Wedding

We were very happy with the home and its location. It was so nice to have a clean and comfortable place to return to after our adventures. We had a couple of communication hiccups, but they were brief, and Sarah was very kind and was quick to help.
