  • “Pink Penthouse Deluxe” is a luxurious Beverly Hills Hotel-inspired retro hideaway in a lovingly restored 1940 warehouse, just steps away from the main intersection in Chattanooga's bustling Southside neighborhood. Enjoy privacy and seclusion above the fray on the second story, a private rooftop deck, and 30+ independent, locally owned restaurants, bars, galleries and venues within a ten-minute walk.

    The historic Chattanooga Choo Choo complex is right across the intersection and visible from your kitchen window.

    There’s a loading zone right next to the building and a free dedicated parking spot in a lot just across the intersection, ~200’ from the rental.

    We love kids, but this is not a kid-safe unit because of the stairs and all the breakable art and decorations. Please check out our other listings, which include a 2-bed/2.5-bath two-story loft with a full/twin bunk bedroom.
