• We are next to the Virginia Avenue Greenway that is a lovely, scenic path for walking, biking or exercising your dog. It also connects the neighborhoods to St. Elmo city center.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the fenced-in backyard, and all amenities on the property.
• Private Entrance: You will have your own private entrance.
• Parking: A gravel driveway provides convenient, off-street parking for two cars. Additional free street parking is also readily available.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. We will not be present at the property during your stay, but we are readily available via the booking platform or by phone if you have any questions or need assistance.
Other details to note:
• We love hosting your furry friends! For guests bringing pets, please ensure you include the number of pets when you make your reservation. A $50 pet fee will be automatically added to your booking. This fee covers the additional cleaning required to ensure the home is pristine for all future guests, including those with allergies. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Pets must be potty trained, and waste should be disposed of properly.
• Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are in place monitoring the perimeter of the home.
