This property is a unique three level one bedroom townhouse accompanied with one and a half bathrooms. Features one King bedroom with full bathroom on the 3rd level with a private balcony view of the city and mountainline. Great for sunrises and sunsets coupled with coffee or an evening drink. On the 2nd level is the full kitchen along with barstool seating that has a private balcony as well and features a swingchair with a greenery grass wall for a quiet reading of a book, a nap, or nice pictures perhaps. There is also 2 twin sized foam mattress rollaway beds in this space for extra guests to enjoy a comfortable sleep. On the 1st level is the livingroom or space that features an unique look with a floating electric fireplace console accompanied by 2 full sized couches for lodging or for 2 more guests to sleep. The property has very fast and reliable WIFI which is key because this is the GIG CITY so why not have the best and fastest service. There are lots of amenities available at this prime location that is a light jog away from downtown and just minutes from everything else. The TVs are SmartTvs with apps for your viewing pleasure! Guests love the peaceful experience of this location and how quiet the community is also. Experience a clean and right at home type of stay with a different look, style, and feel from each level that compliment this zen fulfill home. There is one reserved parking spot that belongs to the townhome and free street parking as well. Also as a featured bonus to this location...Oddstory Brewery is less than a 2 minute walk from the property. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. Also please refrain from bringing the outside furniture into the property to avoid cross contamination and possible bug infestation. *THOROUGHLY BLEACH CLEANED AND SANITIZED*

Chattanooga Stay

We had a great time staying at this condo! Exactly as described, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed made sleeping great. Quiet area but close to everything, restaurants, bars and a brewery in walking distance. This is a 3 story condo so there are flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. Great communication, easy check in.

The Perfect Chattanooga Town House

My best friend and I stayed at this property during a girls weekend in Chattanooga and we had the best time! The listing was exactly as pictured, very clean, and was in the perfect location (close to downtown and within walking distance to an awesome brewery). The host was extremely kind and responsive and we had no issues at all during our stay. I would definitely book this townhome again next time I visit!

Moved my son into UTC. Went hiking one day. Fun night at the brewery in the neighborhood. Overall a super place for my weekend stay! Lots to do around Chattanooga.

Mountain View in the city

The complex was very nice and clean. The balconies were the best especially the one outside of the bedroom it had a pretty skyline view of the mountains. It was very homey and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable and it was in walking distance of the sculpture fields which was very pretty. I’d definitely stay here again.

2 night getaway

This property was just as described in the pictures. It was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was close to all the attractions we visited. There are a lot of steps to climb in between each floor but that was not a problem for us. The place was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Chattanooga Weekend

Lovely property close to downtown. Very clean and comfortable, just like described in the listing. Had a little trouble with the door lock getting it, but Adrienne immediately responded with help. I’d recommend her and the townhouse every time!

Overall happy with my choice to stay here, the place is very clean and has everything you need to stay comfortably. Just my impression but it looks as if the place was very recently built and it is very modern, very cool interior, very nice appliances! The brewery next door is very cool too! Definitely give it a check out

UTC visit

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We actually didn’t use the 1st floor living area as we preferred to relax in the 3rd floor bedroom. There are a lot of steps, but it was not a problem for us. The neighborhood appears to be being revitalized, but it was fine and just a few blocks from great restaurants, etc.

Chattanooga Townhome

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Adrienne, the host, was very responsive when we messaged before and during the trip. The home is new and clean. Kitchen is well equipped and WiFi works great. The area was quiet unlike others from our team/group who voiced trains and other noises outside their rentals. The parking spot is conveniently right in front of the entrance. We reserved the unit for 4 people. A comfortable cot was provide on the bottom and middle floor. No complaints and would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in a Fascinating City

Adrienne is an amazing host. The townhouse was very clean and stocked with anything you may needed to enjoy a home away from home. It's very new and modern. Adrienne was very attentive, she made sure I was checked in okay, and provided a bunch of suggestions of places to visit and to go out to eat or drink at. The little townhouse was perfect for my vacation week, and I loved being able to walk to the brewery that's just 3 or so minutes walk away. The only thing I may point out, is that the townhouse is next door to a truck shipping yard, and if you're a light sleeper it can be a little loud if they're loading late at night. But when they're not, it's a lovely, quiet place and I slept very well. I would highly recommend staying at this townhouse, I know I'd love to stay there again.

Clean and comfy

We were planning to be in Chattanooga for 6 nights so booked this unit instead of a hotel room. My wife and I are in our late 50s and this unit did seem geared more toward a younger clientele (videogame system, content wall, swinging chair), but we found that it had everything we needed as well. Be prepared for lots of stairs as it is situated on 3 floors, but we did not find that to be a problem. The bed was very comfortable once we got accustomed to memory foam, and the in-unit washer and dryer was a very nice feature that allowed us to pack lighter for the stay than we otherwise would have needed to do. The location of the unit was about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants on Main and I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable doing it at night, but in the day it was absolutely fine. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would consider staying here again, or recommending it to friends.

Short weekend getaway

My Sister and I wanted to get away for a few days and came to Chattanooga. We could not of chosen a better place to stay. The home is beautiful and spotless. Adrienne was awesome and responded back quickly and made sure we had everything we need. We will definitely be coming back.
