Welcome to Rosewood Cottage, your NorthShore retreat in Chattanooga! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and is perfectly designed for families, friends, and pets.

Located just a short walk to Coolidge Park and a 3-minute drive to downtown, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a 65" smart TV, a fully stocked dine-in kitchen with a coffee bar, and smart TVs in every bedroom. Bedrooms include a king guest room, a queen guest room, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to your private fenced yard and enjoy evenings in the 8-person hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, or grilling out on the gas BBQ. Kids (and grown-ups!) will love the arcade games, while the outdoor dining area makes it easy to relax together.

Extras include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. Pet-friendly: we welcome up to 4 pets! $100 per stay covers up to 2 pets. Bringing more? Add another $100 for up to 2 extra pets. Non-refundable.

Please note: A long-term tenant resides in a completely separate unit at the back of the property. There are no shared spaces — the yard, deck, and all guest areas are private to you. The tenant does occasionally walk up the driveway to access that entrance. The couple is friendly and respectful, so don’t be surprised if you see them in passing!

This place was a great spot for myself, husband our kids and my dad. We have stayed in many short term rentals visiting family in Chattanooga and we will stay here again. Comfy beds, comfy sofa, fenced in yard and hot tub was everything we needed.

Cozy Home with a Responsive Host and Pet-Friendly Touch

We had a nice stay at this rental home. The location felt safe and convenient, and the house was cozy and perfect for our needs. It was especially great for pets, with plenty of space for them to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. This beautiful home and property was cozy, clean and convenient and dog friendly - so close to everything. Wendi was very responsive and friendly. She made suggestions to local restaurants and activities. We enjoyed making memories and would definitely be back and stay here.

Best Stay in Chattanooga

415 Rosewood was the most perfect place to stay in Chattanooga. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved it. The area had so many fun things to do. But, overall, the house was so comfortable, cozy and convenient. The home design and decor was so well done! We will definitely try to stay here again when we travel back to Chattanooga.

Cozy Home - Excellent Customer Service

We stayed ub Chattanooga over Thanksgiving. In addition to celebrating the holiday, we were also celebrating a family birthday. The home was even better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked perfectly with everything we needed. Personal touches from eyemakeup remover towels to a pet station in the fenced in yard for our dog - every detail has been meticulously thought of and planned. We were so grateful for our time away - we truly felt like we were at home! Would book again!

Winter getaway

Great location an easy walk from Coolidge Park. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Property manager was very responsive. Very quick on a minor maintenance issue early in our stay. Well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was nice in a very private location along with the nicely decorated deck. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard and porch.

A gem in Chattanooga

My wife and I came for a long anniversary weekend on a last minute decision to stay in Chattanooga. The home was amazingly well decorated and appointed. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and it offered plenty to do with a hot tub, fire pit, board games and even a old fashioned arcade console. Clean and newly remodeled, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood with only a short driving distance to all of the city's attractions, bars and restaurants. The owners were great and quick to help when we had questions. We hope to be back soon!

Great New find in Chattanooga!

We stayed in this great house for 3 nights over the week of the 4th, it was perfect. Two seniors and 2 younger adults and our precious little dogs. Terrific! the Seniors enjoyed the limited steps to go inside this one level gem. And the Pups loved the fenced in front yard. Great setup and features throughout. Ultra clean and comfy beds and linens. Even had a vintage stand up "PacMan" Game (60 games in all) inside and a Hot Tub. outside Kinda covers it all for a great stay. We were so pleased with the location to get around CHATT and the house to spread out and enjoy the great porch too! Nice quiet neighborhood and a fun place to unwind. YOU have to try it.

Great Place to Stay in Chattanooga!!

This was the perfect VRBO for us to take our family for a 5 day stay over Christmas. The owners had placed a Christmas Tree in the home and had a basket full of goodies waiting for us. We had a few very minor accidents and the owners were quick to respond and take care of the issue. The home is in a great location literally 5 mins from a cute shopping district with lots of local eateries. You can easily walk to downtown Chattanooga and see the sights after you cross a historic walking bridge that is now just for walkers, joggers and cyclist. We highly recommend this property and any other property managed by this owner. We extended our stay by 1 night and moved to another property 5 mins away. The attention to detail and care the owner displays toward his guest is nothing short of impressive!!!

Great Family Vacation Home

First, the host/property mgr was fabulous. From ensuring we accessed the property to suggestions for fun things to do and restaurants, the knowledge and experience was stellar. Second, the home was very clean, and there were cleaning products there for us, should we need them. Third, along with cleaning supplies, were coffee, games, extra blankets, and plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware. Fourth, the fenced yard, deck, and hot tub area were great for our kiddos and fur baby, and they were private and secure. And the neighborhood was beautiful. Finally, the furniture and beds were comfy, and everyone was well-rested. There was a very peaceful atmosphere in the home. Something to note, not a negative, just a point of reference, there is no ensuite for the primary bedroom. It's in the hallway just outside the bedroom. Again, not a negative for us, I just missed this when we booked, so I'm mentioning it for others who might not notice it. We would definitely stay here again.
