Southside Station. A colorful and eclectic townhouse in Chattanooga’s Southside District, where the city’s most exciting restaurants, art galleries, parks, live music and nightlife await you.
This newly constructed townhome offers eclectic decor and a very cozy vibe. Spanning over three floors, there is plenty of space to gather and connect with family and friends while also being able to step away for some privacy

After a day exploring the city, or enjoying a hike at one of many trails offered, you can cozy up in the living room or dining area. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a family meal or have cocktail hour. When you're ready to lay your head down for the night, two bedrooms on the second and third floors offer comfy bedding, sitting areas, walk in closets, en suite bathrooms, and each bedroom has its own balcony. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to a queen-sized bed for an additional sleeping space.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome.

With its central location, guests are just half a mile from a bike rental station which makes it easy to discover all of downtown Chattanooga. There is also a free electric shuttle that picks up by the Choo Choo and will take you to many points of interest around the city.

We loved the condo and the location was great. Easy to get around Chattanooga and close to some fabulous restaurants like Oddstory Brewery, Neidlovs Bakery, The Blue Fox and State of Confusion. Host replied to all questions promptly even when it was me not understanding the instructions already provided

Quick Getaway

This was a very nice accomodation for us. Very clean with all the frills we needed. Two bedrooms on different floors with an attach bath. The living area was large with enough seating for our family.

Perfect for the family

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host was great. He was available for any questions. And check in was very smooth. The house is conveniently located next to all downtown attractions. There’s also an amazing brewery next-door, which was kid friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect long weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga. The house had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. We liked the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom plus there is a half-bath right off the living room. The kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances are new. The location was convenient for us and is walkable to many fine restaurants.

Great location if you don't want to shell out the big bucks for being downtown proper, close enough to lots of activities. Landlord responded quickly with answers to questions, really appreciated that!

Southside stay

We spent a long weekend as first time visitors to Chattanooga. We loved the city. It seemed like the south side is an up and coming area with plenty to do within walking distance. Biggest drawback was the noise. Right next to a brewery that had the HVAC unit and compressors running all the time.

Great getaway

Very nice facility and surroundings. Does need upgrade on lamps and electrical outlets with USB ports for cell phones and electronics. All the necessary amenities for cooking, eating, watching TV, fridge with ice maker & relaxing comfortable accommodations. Excellent stay for a wonderful time getaway. Thanks

Practical place

Clean, good owner communication. Small dining/sitting area. Brewpub behind the unit could be fun but also has loud AC and mechanical sounds. Reasonable distance to UTC and downtown but definitely a drive. Can walk to historic Southside restaurants.

Relaxing time

My husband and I met our son for an extended weekend visit. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and host was very responsive to any questions. Our only negative….and it was very minor more me, (not for my husband ) the mattress was not very comfortable…it was very soft, thinking a foam topper, but everything else was great!

Great host and great units

This was my second time visiting Chattanooga and I booked with this host both times. The first time a 1 BR unit and this time a 2 BR unit. Both properties were amazing. Nice decor made it cozy like home and the host communicates well and stocked home with all basic living necessities. Close to everything downtown and located in a peaceful complex. Recommend 10/10

8th Birthday Weekend Getaway

I always clean when I go to places that are not my residence but this place was so clean ai didnt want too. Although I did anyway there was nothing for me to do. There was more than enough room for us and we wnjoyed watching the fireworks from one of rhe many balconies to choose from. The townhouse is located close to everything so you dont have to go far. Communication with the owner was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will love to visit again. The townhouse is located behind a brewary that has pressure machines that are a little noisy and going up 3 flights of atairs can be alot on a daily basis but no other complaints about the property. Everything else was clean and perfect.
