This is a one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency apartment close to everything that North Chattanooga and Downtown Chattanooga have to offer. Newly added on to our home in 2019, this attached, yet private entry one-room efficiency boasts a luxe spa-style white marble bathroom with two separate shower heads and full glass wall. Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer combo, countertop air fryer/oven combo and microwave. This suite has a queen pull-out couch for one or two children.
Driveway parking available for one or two cars. This is a convenient location with 5-10 minute walkability to restaurants and bars, Stringer's Ridge hiking trails and Publix grocery store.

I travelled to Chattanooga to visit my dad for Father’s Day and this was a perfect spot! Super accessible yet quiet location and the place was clean and stocked with everything I needed for my stay.
