This stylish, newly restored space has everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen for all your culinary adventures. Imagine stepping out the front door and being only two blocks from the art district, four blocks from the TN Aquarium, and just a mile and a half from The Signal. If you're here for the IRONMAN, it's only a mile bike ride to the starting line!

Inside, the Indigo Flat comfortably hosts three guests. The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. We've updated our living room with comfortable chairs instead of a sofa, and the third guest can sleep on a comfortable air mattress. The highlight is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances like a stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans, and utensils—perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

Our building is conveniently located at the corner of High Street and 4th Street, running parallel to the river. Great location & posh decor

Fantastic for a quick weekend getaway with great walkability to downtown shops and restaurants, the arts district, and the pedestrian bridge and parks. The decor was trendy and space was just right for two. A bit of street noise, but appreciated the white noise maker.

Before arriving we received welcome email with check in instructions. Easy access to enter into flat. Very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Parking was never an issue. Would recommend 5 stars!

We had a great time walking to nearby areas for food, drinks, and exploring the art district. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, well decorated and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Very well equipped little appartment close to everything in Chattanooga

Walking distance to the riverwalk and bridge, close to restaurants and cafes. Very clean, cosy and with parking spot in front of building.

Very cute place

The building was super clean and cute. Only thing is the parking was very hard to find unless you wanted to pay for it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for us

Came to Chattanooga for a Black Jacket Symphony concert. It was within a mile of the venue. There are a lot of great places to eat within 1-2 miles. The next day we went to the aquarium and the IMAX theater also in close proximity. Great location and will certainly stay here again.

Weekend Visit

The rental space was terrific for my wife and I to stay and explore the city. Location was convenient for everything downtown, attractions, restaurants, etc. Parking was easy. Host was attentive & logistics of getting in/out of the unit were no problem. We'd stay here again on our next visit to the city.

Very cute and clean,plus upscale finishes!

It was just as we hoped for our overnite stay in Chattanooga. Super clean, nice decor, and all the amenities. Quiet and convenient. We walked a short distance to restaurants and bars, all very close. We would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Chat!

Perfect place for a couple

This was a perfect home base for a long weekend of exploring. Central to be able to walk to so many places and also close to highway to be able to leave town for hiking and kayaking. Safe neighborhood. I had been a bit concerned, but free parking was not an issue. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Ironman weekend Base Camp

Nice place. Everything needed for a single or couple to spend a weekend in Chattanooga. Clean with ample space for two. Missing a few small conveniences like a k-cup machine for early mornings before businesses open, but other than that would stay again. Busy corner with good amount of road noise. We knew that coming in so not an issue but may be for light sleepers or travelers with kids.

Location was EVERYTHING!

We stayed here for a “mom and daughter weekend”. We were able to park the car and walk to basically everything! The condo was super clean. My only negative is the listing showed/mentioned a couch in the living room and there were only 2 (slightly uncomfortable) chairs. If my other daughter would have made the trip, there was no where for her to sleep. Otherwise this place is AMAZING! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful & Walkable

Beautiful, updated and clean. Attention to detail: luggage rack, full length mirror, extra plugs on shelving in bedroom (easy to charge your electronics). Large bathroom with standard tub / shower, large double sink vanity. Stocked with the basics, plenty of towels. Hot water with good water pressure. Living room chairs are comfortable for a little tv watching. Easy check in and checkout. Free street parking on High Street just across 4th Street. One free spot in front, metered parking 8am - 6pm. Close to outdoor activities and very walkable to restaurants, Riverfront including TN Aquarium, and Pedestrian Walking Bridge. Such a great value!

Nice stay in Chattanooga

My wife and I came up from Atlanta to spend a few days. We were celebrating our 52nd anniversary. I was very surprised seeing Chattanooga. It had been a while since I was here. The city is clean and friendly. Seems like they got their act together. The apartment was located downtown, near museums and the aquarium. It was spotless and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The shower had endless hot water. It got a little chilly the first night. The heaters just couldn't seem to get the apartment warm. The second night was much better after we cranked up the thermostat and utilized a small space heater. Highly recommend this place,, perfect for a couple. We always had a parking space (free) in front. Restaurants Aretha Frankenstein's for breakfast. VERY quirky neighborhood joint. We've used their pancake mix for years so we had to go. Boathouse for dinner. Very fresh seafood with a Latin twist. Wooden City. The best pizza I have had outside NYC. Fresh salad. Both restaurants were VERY loud. It was a wonderful trip. Go

The stay was great — the property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk or quick drive to downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. Parking was also much easier than some reviews suggested; clear instructions were provided, and we had no issues finding a spot throughout our stay.

Excellent place. Very well done. Great remodel for an older home. Great location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We also don’t mind walking. We averaged 6 miles per day. Convenient parking lot out front if it is open and you have a small car, which we do and we parked in in the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I was so impressed with the space and how clean & inviting it was. It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. It felt as if I were living in NYC with the hardwood floors, exposed brick and large windows. The location was a wonderful refreshing walk from where I needed to be.
