"Great facilities, but poor surrounding and inconsistencies in staff behavior. Some are excellent especially Ms. Sumana, went out of the way to get us into room and recommended which restaurants to try. "

"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language channels."

"Amazing staff and amenities. Staff went over and beyond everytime. Don't recall the name of the young lady who checked me in. She was very warm and friendly:)) Morning buffet was wholesome, great healthy options for food. Hotel does an incredible job employing challenged people, truly commendable work for humanity.
