"We had a great stay."

"Very pleased with the facility. Only issue we had was that the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock. It was operational when the door was open but didn’t fit once the door was closed. It was a quiet night so we was as big an issue as it could have been. An improvement note would be: shelving in the shower for bottles and also the floor was a bit slippery. Beautiful shower though!"

"Great location for exploring Vieux Quebec! Young man who checked us in was very charming and helpful. We are from the states and were concerned there could be a language barrier...not an issue. Everyone was super friendly. There are a couple issues that come with historic properties (no elevator, uneven stairs, tight parking), but they are to be expected and the property is worth the effort. Lovely!"

"Our view was of another building and the hallways and room were dark. The wine dispenser was a nice feature but it wasn’t working. Hot tubs were nice but were ones you’d find in someone’s backyard. Otherwise, hotel was fantastic!! "
