Nice house and garden close to Lyon in the valley of azergues

Well suited for a family vacation. Spacious house, normally used by the renters themselves. Bicycles were not available from the renters, contradictory to the add, and neither a boat. This should be changed in the addvertisement. Nice town with boulongerie, castle and restaurant. Next swimming opportunity is far away and not at all close by, as advertised. Garden has beautiful trees and a well functioning pool.

Havre de paix

Un endroit parfait pour se reposer, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine particulièrement appréciable. La maison est conviviale, l'endroit est idéalement placé pour visiter différentes zones de la région. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et répond très rapidement. Nous recommandons fortement !

Jolie maison cosy proche Lyon

Maison récente confortable bien agencée au sein d'un petit lotissement au calme. Jardin spacieux et agréable et vraie piscine. Jolis villages du Beaujolais à 2 pas, et centre de Lyon à seulement à 25 minutes. Propriétaire disponible par téléphone, remise des clés facile. Nous avons apprécié d'échapper aux grosses chaleurs du centre de Lyon et de profiter de la piscine et du jardin en cette période de canicule!

Super vacances !

La Maison est très bien située, au calme, dans un village chargé d'histoire, proche de commerces (notamment un Intermarché à moins d'un km). Il est très facile d'accéder au centre de Lyon en 15 minutes. Nous étions en pleine canicule (la température extérieure a flirté avec les 40°C), mais la maison est restée fraîche et grâce au jardin ombragé et à la piscine très agréable, nous n'avons pas souffert de chaleur. La maison est spacieuse. Malgré que la maison soit habitée, nous n'avons pas manqué de place. Elle est bien pourvue en ustensiles divers et possède une bibliothèque variée. Nous avons mangé tous les jours sur l'agréable terrasse, ombragée une grande partie de la journée. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et nous recommandons cette location. Famille Misson (Belgique)

MAISON AGREABLE

Maison très plaisante avec jardin et piscine très appréciables. Petit village charmant, avec une belle architecture. Les habitants qui vous sourient et vous saluent. Le petit marché, les balades très variées. Lyon à 15 mn pour les amoureux du shopping... Nous avons passé une semaine reposante et dépaysante. Notre hôte sympathique et à l'écoute de nos moindres demandes. Je recommande cette location.

Fürchterlich

Nach gut 14-stündiger Anreise mit dem Auto waren wir bei unserer Ankunft einfach nur entsetzt. Schnell war uns nämlich klar, dass das Objekt von der Vermieterin ganzjährig als Wohnhaus genutzt wird. Für die Feriengäste hat das natürlich unangenehme und letztlich inakzeptable Konsequenzen: Alle Schränke sind zum Bersten gefüllt, so dass sie keinerlei Platz für die Garderobe oder anderen persönlichen Dinge der Mieter bieten. Hierfür steht den Gästen lediglich ein Metall-Aktenschrank und ein mobiler Garderobenständer mit einigen Bügeln im oberen Flur zur Verfügung. Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe waren randvoll mit den z. T. auch angebrochenen Lebensmitteln der Vermieterin. Die Beschreibung „voll ausgestattete Küche“ aus der Anzeige ist also durchaus wörtlich zu nehmen! Die Hygiene- und Kosmetikartikel der Gastgeberin fanden sich im gesamten Bad verteilt. Das ging so weit, dass selbst die – natürlich benutzte – Zahnbürste auf dem Waschtisch stand. Die lt. Objektbeschreibung vorhandene Waschmaschine haben wir schließlich in der als Hauswirtschaftsraum genutzten Garage gefunden. Den Anblick, der sich hier bot, kennt man gemeinhin nur aus einschlägigen Fernsehsendungen, in denen man versucht, Menschen aus der Messie-Falle zu helfen. Von einer detaillierteren Beschreibung soll hier abgesehen werden. Nur so viel: Vor der Waschmaschine türmte sich noch die Schmutzwäsche der Hausherrin. Später wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Waschmaschine ohnehin nur nach vorheriger Anfrage bei der Vermieterin und deren ausdrückliche Zustimmung genutzt und der Hauswirtschaftsraum eigentlich nicht betreten werden dürfe. Auch das Grundstück wirkte auf uns eher ungepflegt. Den besten Eindruck machte dabei noch der Pool, neben dem jedoch sein Vorgänger – ein altes Betonbecken – vor sich hin rottet und inzwischen mit alten Gehwegplatten verfüllt wird. Ließ das Haus an sich schon eine gewisse Grundhygiene vermissen, so wurde bei Matratzen und Kopfkissen sicher eine Grenze überschritten. Auch hier soll von einer näheren Schilderung Abstand genommen werden, jedoch hat uns deren Zustand zur sofortigen Abreise bewogen. Insgesamt können wir jedem Interessenten nur raten, der durch die hinterlegten Fotos idealisierten Darstellung des Hauses in der Anzeige zu misstrauen. Eine Empfehlung für dieses Ferienhaus würden wir nie und nimmer aussprechen – im Gegenteil: höchstens eine Warnung! Christian & Christiane S.

Ideal for Lyon

The house was fine although was very much lived in, not much space to put clothes as all storage space was pretty full, need to bring own bed linen and towels which is difficult when flying in from foreign parts but host was very accommodating providing some items for us. Village was very nice and very quiet as first 2 weeks in August everything is closed. Pool was great in the hot weather and all in all was ideal for our requirements.

Perfekt gelegenes Haus in der Nähe von Lyon

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen! Das Reiheneckhaus befindet sich an ruhiger Lage. Morgens unternahmen wir Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung oder nach Lyon. Nachmittags kühlten wir uns im Pool ab. Die Terrasse und der grosse Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei + Supermarkt). Mit der Vermieterin hat alles prima geklappt. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Haus weiter! Familie Räber / Schweiz

Adorable village très bon accueil très belle maison tant dans sa fonctionnalités sa décoration ainsi que ça propreté les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le grand jardin très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine conclusion nous reviendrons volontiers.

A wonderful place

We had a great time in this wonderful place! Our host was always available. Everything was like announced, described and pictured in the internet offer, even better! (Only the dog nearby the pool was missing:) Our daughter (7 years old) used the well served pool around the clock, even whe the weather did not look like swimming. The kitchen end the refrisherator were stuffed with nearly everything what we needed or forgot to bring. One had only to look for it, because it is a spacy house. Maybe next time we will even find the kettle and the hair dryer:) The house is quietly situated, the only sound we heard came from some horses close to the house. A car is useful even for one of the boulangeries or restaurants but especially to visit some important sightseeings nearby: first of all beautiful Lyon, Macon, Cluny, Bourg-en-Brasse...Don´t forget to taste some vine in the mountains! Without hesitating we would recommend this house to our friends Claus, Anna (7) and Annette Berlin
