Craftsman Home on Lake Champlain

  • Plenty of space to enjoy a short stay. Enjoy the lake and the secluded yard spaces this property has to offer. Just renovated the main home and always making progress to add more amenities for all to enjoy what this property has to offer. Bring a boat in the summer, snowmobiles in the winter. Quiet lake side road surrounded by orchards on a historic landing point on Lake Champlain.

    This property does have a shared driveway, with separate parking, for two guest houses. The waterfront is privately owned but is shared amongst the rental units. There are separate lawn spaces and fire pits for each unit.
