Absolutely charging Riad. Staff is very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Super clean. Roof top view is incredible. Easy access to everything, shopping, walking, restaurants and more.
Quality of craftsmanship and artistry are outstanding. Those who rebuilt this property have good taste, sophistication, and vision. Saber is a great host, speaks English as if it was his first language. He gave us a map and indicated all things to do and see. Our room was comfortable and beautiful. Great, quiet AC and heat. Heated bed is great on a cooler night. Kind and helpful team made our stay memorable.
The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring every detail was taken care of
The location was also ideal, with a ver y nice view from the terraze.

We are a family of four and stayed for 2 nights during the high season in early January. The property is immaculately clean, beautifully designed and decorated, and it's located just a short 2-3 minute walk from the drop-off and pick-up area for drivers/taxis. It's located right in the heart of the "Blue" area. As soon as you step out the door you are just steps away from sightseeing all the nooks and crannies of the blue houses and streets that you've seen in the photos posted online for Chefchaouen. Our stay was in early January, it was very cold but the electric blankets provided kept us very cozy, warm, and comfortable at night. The shower had the best water pressure and hot water that I've experienced so far in Morocco. The continental breakfast provided was fresh and satisfying. The owners also helped us with the purchase of a birthday cake for our daughter which was much appreciated. One thing that I wish I had done was ask the owner to arrange for a driver/taxi to meet us at Tangier Airport for the drive to Chefchaouen. We would have saved money had we done so. But now I know for the future that's exactly what I would do. I would give a 10 star review if possible but only can give 5. Our hosts Max & Mia certainly deserve it.
Location on a quiet side street is great, within a few minutes of a parking area and two young men came to help with our bags if we needed. Unfortunately it is located beside a hammam and we heard the neighbours doing construction as well as what sounded like a low battery or fire alarm chirping all night long. This hotel is obviously newly redone, is very clean and beautiful but it’s sparse and not as welcoming as other riads we’ve been to. No Moroccan mint tea to welcome guests, no water in the room, we didn’t have hand soap in our washroom and the breakfast, while lovely, was just a bit basic (ex. no fruit), even for Moroccan standards. These alone wouldn’t have been an issue but for the price, I didn’t feel like it was great value.
