Winter conditions can bring snow or ice to the property and surrounding areas. Please use caution and plan accordingly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please don’t make the beds. Remove pillowcases, flat and fitted sheets from used beds and leave them on the bedroom floor so housekeeping knows which linens to clean.
Please begin two loads of towels using the laundry detergent provided. If thermostats were changed during your stay, please set back to original settings to 72 degrees.
Close hot tub lid and set temp to 100°. Clean grills if used, and ensure grill, firepit, and heaters are off. Return all parking passes and key cards to the kitchen drawer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Hot tub must be used responsibly. If water needs draining/refilling due to misuse, a $200 cleaning/maintenance fee applies.
Guests are asked to treat the home with care. Damaged, broken, or missing items will be charged at the documented repair or replacement cost.
