GrandView #200 is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets.

Enjoy 2 queen beds, a full bath, kitchen with breakfast bar, cable TV with flat screen, and electric fireplace.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.


Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

The view is amazing but that’s about the only positive. The room was very dusty, the property wasn’t kept up and is in dire need of an update. The elevator smelled of urine, the walkways were full of debris and stains. Not to mention there is an ice maker down on the main level with a sign on it that says “out of order” and it’s dated 2017. Also There is no restroom down by the pool area, which is inconvenient.

As pool owner the pool was disgustingly dirty.

The pool sides need to brushed to remove all algae that is sitting in it. When you rub your fingers on it all the green moss and algae fall to the bottom of the pool. So it’s not clean, that’s gross. Also paid for an extra parking spot for $100 for 4 days two of the days no parking g spots open.

Avoid this property at all costs!

Here's the shortest version I can provide. The unit we originally reserved was not available after changing our time frame. The unit we checked into on arrival had a severely damaged refrigerator that had been smashed repeatedly by the previous guest, yet the Owner/Property Manager felt this acceptable to rent out anyway. We asked to for another room which we were provided. The new room had a fake fireplace which was pulling out of the wall. One of the two wine glasses we were about to use was cracked but left in the room. Overall the property is tired, run down and in need of a complete refurbishment. The photos provided on the site were horribly misrepresented of the actual condition of the units. We would never stay here again under any circumstances nor recommend it to anyone.

Great Lovatuon and Property

Great property with the benefits of a hotel. Walking distance to downtown. Condo was very comfortable with a full kitchen making in easy to be on vacation and still isolate from large crowds.
