NEWLY REMODELED! Grandview #308 -This condo is a beautifully appointed, third floor condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Unit does have 2 stairs.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great for the price

Cannot beat the location and being able to drop right into the lake from the back. The room was fine, we didn’t plan on spending much time in there anyways- however the reviews were right about a dingy smell, the bathroom actually smelled like cat pee at one point. The carpet could definitely use a cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this location for work. The outdoor amenities were beautiful. It was unfortunate we could not access the pool or hot tub until 8am. Once we arrived to hot tub in the morning. A maintenance staffer indicated we would not be able to gain access for another 15 min. Once we were able to access there were no pool towels. Also my room had a mildew type smell and the room lacked effective space (I.e counter space, easy towel holders.
