Grandview #515 - This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Just a fun trip!

We stayed with my Mom, sister, and my 3 month old/ 2 year old and it was a comfy stay! Each adult got a bed and it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Jump in the lake just off the patio or take a dip in the pool around the corner of the unit. We fished in the morning. The stay was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grandview refused to refund my money. I had a death in my immediate family and needed to cancel. Windemere refused to refund the money.They did however tell me I could move my stay to the summer months and pay the difference of $500. Wow what a great deal! Guy on the phone was a total idiot.
