Grandview #610 - This luxury corner condo is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Chelan is always a treat! One of my favorite places to visit. This condo was in a prime location. Very clean. We will defiantly be back for years to come!

Clean, easy, and convenient!

It was close to downtown, the water was basically steps outside of the sliding door, and the amenities were great! My only critique would be is that the overhead bathroom light in the toilet/shower room was really dim and I think that the unit could have used a little more soap for the wash/shower/hands. Also, the gym reeked very intensely but we politely informed the front desk staff (carpet issues?). Thank you for having us!

Good place on the lake

Unit is nice and clean. Outside of the unit it felt like going down to a dungeon in the stairwell. Very nice to be on ground level and walk out to the lake. However people are always walking by your window. So, good and not so good.

Great location!!!

The property was great, nice condo. Entrance through garage needs a face-lift a tad dark and hot tub closed at 8:00pm was disappointing for us...would have been nice to have a time for only adults! Over all we had a great time!
