Grandview #722 - Enjoy a romantic escape in a King Suite room.  Snuggle up in front of the fire, enjoy the view on your private balcony, or relax in the jetted tub built for two.  This room features a king bed, comfortable chair, wet bar and river view.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station

Room was not as expected

Check in was very easy and quick. Room was dirty found dirty underwear on floor wrappers on floor hair all over bed. Hot tub had hair in it. Towel had what looked like blood stain on it. The fire place made a loud noise and the cable tv had stations that were frozen and didn’t work the whole weekend. The staff on site did everything they could to help and we appreciate that very much. But those were problems that should of never been a problem if someone was doing their job and the room was taken care of.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We booked a room for 5 nights for much needed vacation. Checked in late and went to bed. Our bed sheets smelled funny and in the morning we discovered they had blood stains on them and hadn’t been changed by housekeeping from the prior users. I went to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could please change our sheets. The front desk manager “Maddie” said we would have to pay for housekeeping to come in as they don’t have housekeeping every day. This was after I stated they were dirty. I asked if we could have a refund for the first night and she said it’s too late and we “didn’t let them know early enough”. I asked if they cared we were not satisfied with the service and they wouldn’t say “yes”. We have been there twice now and will not be going back. Run down facility plus horrible service AND expensive price. We will be going back to Campbells where they are more customer driven.

Nice little place

Thank you for the stay in this cute little place. We enjoyed the view on the water and feeding the ducks! The tub was great and no need to worry about it not being hot enough!! Only complaint was the cable didn't connect the second night and we couldn't figure it out.

Our room is in need of a deep carpet clean or replacement. The surface areas were clean but the unit could use some deeper cleaning as the traffic areas on the carpet were stained black.
