"The room was not clean"

"The property was only 50% as listed. When we arrived at the house two of the four sets of beds were broken and or missing. We had to contact the property owner at which time they said they weren't aware of anything missing but when they finally came to make the repairs they admitted that they knew it was broken and I'm sorry but I have a hard time believing it only just broke the day before on check out it feels like it was probably quite a while ago and they had done nothing to repair it until we arrived. We had to contact them to find out what was going on with the sleeping situation. We arrived at the house at approximately 2:00 p.m. and we had to leave at 6:30 for a wedding rehearsal dinner at which time they were still assembling the last bed frame. By the time we got back at 11:30 everything was assembled but there was a double bed laying in the middle of the living room that was definitely in the way and tripping hazard for the older people in our family. The house itself was clean enough well stocked enough and mostly as represented and if I needed to stay there again I probably would as long as the bed situation is fixed and as represented. Property manager came out fairly quickly and assess the situation and was very helpful."

"It was a perfect little getaway. Great for families as it has a grassy area to play on as well as a lovely deck to enjoy in the shade. We had a great time sitting outside enjoying the views and sounds of the River. We would go again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate, spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful details. There was plenty of coffee, lots of towels, and everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were seamless with clear instructions, and the property itself was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!"
