"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

"I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary toiletries, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge. The hotel facilities were also impressive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
