Upon arrival, check-in was the worst that I have ever experienced.... and I travel a lot. The room was to be ready at 4 pm. I had a meeting outside of the hotel at 5 pm, so had to change in their pool area to make the meeting on time. My partner texted me at 5:06 to tell me that the room was ready. To be fair, the front of house staff were very apologetic and very friendly. The room was what I expected. Dated by great value for the cost. I would stay here again. My only hope is that the check-in issue was just a glitch.
