"It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. She helped me booked my roundtrip train tickets from Kunming to Dali. And more. She is a very responsible & helpful individual.
