"The hotel was really good and it's situated very close to the south gate scenic area transport station, so easy access to the mountain. The staff were amazing and friendly even though they couldn't speak English they're always willing to help and engage. One staff member was very accommodating and helped me on numerous occasions, her name being Elsa Zhang, she was very helpful and showed me around the place so I knew where to go. The rooms were also comfortable and nice to sleep in "

If catching taxi tell them to go to 西街1219 and they should be able to find it. It’s also a coffee shop and owner makes good coffee. So convenient to walk up to Huangshan from here and you can grab breakfast from the many vendors on the street on your way up. Recommend the bread stick and soya milk (just ask them). "

Not so easy to find since this is newly develop area. However, this location is close to a quite old town next to the creek. One of the staff picked us up on the day from the nearby attraction while it was raining and gave us a hot water bag to keep us warm.
