広いし、割と新しく綺麗なホテルです。 シャワーの蛇口使い方で時間がかかったことと チェックアウトにキーの返却方法がわかりづらいのがマイナスです。空港までシャトルもあるようですが、事前予約が必要らしいです。

최악의 호텔

1층 체크인할테 남자직원의 인상, 친절함은 찾아볼수 없었고, 호텔 복도끝 창밖으로 빗물내려오는관이 보였는데, 시커먼 섞은물이 고여있었고, 욕실안 샤워기 꽂이가 덜렁거리고 샤워기가 바닥으로 자꾸떨어져 한손으로 잡고 다른 한손으로만 샴푸를 해야했고, 물도 잘 내려가지않아.... 다시는 가고싶지 않은호텔 1순위에 올려놓았다.

욕실수전상태 엉망. 샤워기가 샤워기걸이에 걸리지않아 한손으로 잡고 한손으로만 샴푸, 샤워하는 불편함, 바닥물이 잘 빠지지않아 비누거품이 바닥에 계속 고여있어 불쾌했습니다.

8층 모퉁이 방이였는데, 방이 작아서 갑갑하했고, 방이 작다보니, 움직이는 이동도 불편했음. 화장실 세면대 위치도 불편, 화장지 위치도 불편. 의자와 책상 간격도 비좁음. 모두가 불편함 자체였음. 2박인데 청소 안해둠.

Excellent location, close to all the fun in Cheonan. Problems: Had to switch rooms because first one had wet spot on carpet with accompanying musty smell. Second room: TV inputs didn’t work, toilet leaked water, tea bag coffee was terrible, window exterior looked like it had never been cleaned, safe didn’t open. Could have complained about these things but was just happy to be in non-musty room. On the plus side, the men’s spa on the top floor was nice.

There was one employee who didn't greet customers very often and made an expression that it was annoying when asked, and one employee sighed. As for the cleaning condition, the guest for consecutive nights only did basic things, so the less cleaned part stood out. I felt that I was stingy with the overall service cost here and there.
