The only complaint I have is the parking lot is very dark, I understand it is in the works to being fixed. The staff was very nice, the hotel and my room was immaculately clean, breakfast was good! I will stay there again. Thx

Best value for money of any place I have stayed in years. The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast exceeded expectations. The only thing I did not like was the lack of lighting in the parking lot.

I had booked a room with king-size bed. Put in a room with 2 double beds. When I complained I was told that there was no king-size bed rooms available. They claimed that Expedia had made the error in booking even after showing my confirmation.

Very clean and nice property. Used to be a Hampton Inn, so no signage was a little difficult. I did feel very uncomfortable in the parking lot returning from event at 11pm, as it was very dark, no lighting in the parking area.

Sink & shower clogged
I’ve stayed here twice in the past couple of months (different rooms) and both times, the sinks have been clogged and during this past stay, the shower was also clogged. Not fun to shower and have the water collect around your ankles. 😒 Otherwise it would have been an okay stay.

The room was very nice; however, the parking lot was dark - lack of sufficient lighting which made it difficult to see. The venue had poor signage. It was formerly a Hampton Inn but did not have a sign indicating it was now the Cherokee Inn. Breakfast was a farce. Why have it? My husband and I left and went to Wendy's which was much better. I am undecided if I will stay there again as there are plenty of other nice places to stay.

Bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should. Previous occupants smoked so it had a bad odor. Floor had not been vacuumed - cheese puffs and sand on carpet. Desk clerk brought in an ionizer which helped and he said they were having problems getting cleaning staff.

Very nice staff and you can tell that renovations are happening for the better. I understand that a new sign has been ordered which will be VERY helpful in finding the inn. Also, the ice machine stated that it was out of order, but it actually did work per the front desk.
