"Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was very nice, but I felt bad because he was new and didn’t have an idea on what to do either. I don’t think he shouldn’t been left there alone if it was only his second day working there. Won’t be booking here again. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this lakeside cottage! The space was very clean and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax right away. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or unwinding in the evening.The cottage itself felt so cozy and comfortable, like a true home away from home. On top of that, the host was incredibly easy to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!"

"The property was pet-friendly, the kitchen was properly equipped for cooking, and the movie room was a great time."

"Overall, our stay was good, it was on the water where my son was fishing and 15 minutes from the landing they had to put in at. Communication was excellent and quick as needed. We got in at 1 am and to our surprise the drive way was very steep and narrow. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue but we had a bass boat on a boat trailer. The 2 bedrooms upstairs only had lamps, the rooms were very dark. There were bugs and leaves on the stairs and floors. There were spiderwebs on the couch, it looked like the house had been closed up for the Winter. "
