Not what was expected

We had booked a deluxe room - we were given two rooms on the boat as the rooms were so small we couldn't fit our luggage in as well as ourselves.The hotel boasted a bar facility - but only produced beer for certain guests when the staff could be bothered and there were insufficient sun loungers. Complaints at the time went onto deaf ears.

the park vembanad is located outside of allepei,is a5star rated as 3star because it has only 10rooms,only 1year old,limited guests meant personal service,enjoyd my 2night stay,food was great,cooked the way u like it with sinu the chef at your disposal
