The folks that worked there are absolutely wonderful. It all was very very clean. The hotel and our room its self is showing wear. Several of the locks on the side and back entrances are not working.

Great hotel!

It was a very pleasant experience. The customer service was superb and my family felt comfortable the whole time. The phone app was delightful to use to open the door, and the breakfast and evening food was great. We will be back when needed.

Comfortable and roomy

It was a nice stay. All staff encountered were very nice and helpful. It smelled good in the lobby and was nicely decorated for the holidays. The breakfast was great and I would stay here again. TVs are older, so bring devices to watch streaming. Direct Tv is provider. Wifi was ok. None of it was a deal breaker. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel.
