"Ocean view 3 rd floor was amazing. Everyone at the Hemingway was amazing, attentive, courteous and accommodating. Room was relatively clean. But like another IHG property. I got hot water the first night and some what lukewarm the next morning and then the second night and third morning the water was barely lukewarm. At another location the same exact thing happened. Had maintenance check it out and nothing changed . Annoying when I had to be up and leave before 630am and you had one good shower out of 4 . Also parking rules changed. They were kind to honor what the third party had incorrect upon booking. Appreciated it . Noise control was awful. Last night had to be up at 445-5 and kids were up and about till 11 pm without chaperones. Even after security tried to address it, it was an issue "

"My room was oceanfront. The room was clean with a supply of towels. The coffee maker was nice, but I have gotten used to pods."

"Have a 1 year old so loved that the indoor pool was not to cold for him. Pool area is great and room was spacious. Balcony was nice with great view of the ocean. Would absolutely stay again!"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is relatively newly renovated, but admittedly the bones of the building is very thin. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. Don't expect much in terms of the free continental breakfast, cereal, juice, bagels, and prepackaged danishes is all they had. Plenty of breakfast restaurants nearby. "

"Beds-comfortable. Room’s clean except the patio which had water dripping from above and soil from the lawn. This could be prevented by edging the cement edge. The breakfast was great. Typical hotel fare but the staff was amazingly friendly and on top of service. Rainy was super nice. The garage parking is very bad for large vehicles because of the turning space. A real challenge. No notice about the pool being closed for repairs anywhere on website or over phone. No screen on sliding doors which on the ground floor makes a big difference about enjoying the fresh air. There was an actual exhaust fan in the bathroom! Saw lots of dolphins. "

"We had a room on the 7th floor right on the boardwalk with a perfect view of the ocean. The ice and vending machines were directly across from our room and they have a nice club/restaurant on the ground floor that leads right out to the boardwalk. The only downside is the parking is around the block but if you are planning on being at the beach all day, it probably won't be of any concern. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity."
