"My room was clean and comfortable. I slept good, better then other hotels I’ve stayed at. The noise level at night was very minimal, just a train at 2:30am one of the three nights I stayed, he blew his whistle because they had a road crossing by there. Didn’t hear much noise through the walls, there were people above me and each side of me. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water and the toilet flushed real good. I had a king bed and it was comfortable, no sag in it. The place was on the older side but it was kept up. The TV remote was easy to figure out and use, unlike some hotels that you can’t hardly use because you can’t figure it out. I had a good stay here and would stay again. There is plenty of parking. The staff was helpful as I requested a ground level room because I have a bad knee and can’t walk up and down stairs, there’s no elevator, and they got me at ground level. "My family of 3 stay here about every six weeks. We have been staying at the 506 for about 8 years now. While we love the location, the staff at breakfast, and the pool/hot tub, the shared spaces during this visit seemed worn, not the cleanest and the number of staff was sparse. They have increased their prices since the new owners took over about a year ago and although they’ve updated the rooms with paint, new linens, decor, it seems the family vibes and familiarity are non-existent. "
