"Smallish lobby area.
Rooms weren't ready on time. Had to wait 45ish minutes.
Person at the desk had to go give a "hurry up" to staff. AND they were sold out.
Man across the hall had 2 little dogs. If I didn't see them going out, I wouldn't have known they were there.
Nice-- towels were thick.
Heat/AC was loud.
Plank flooring in the room had several gaps.
Seems there could have been better use of the large, vacant floor space in the room. A comfortable chair maybe.
Not the best lighting in the room.
Breakfast was adequate.
No hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee or tea."
