Great winter getaway

Perfect location for our ski trip to gore mountain. Close to all the necessities. House had everything we needed and more! Beautiful spaces and rooms, great property! Perfect rural getaway.

What a great place!!!

Jackson's Lodge

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Jackson's Lodge! The cabin is very spacious and contains all the amenities you need. The hot tub was an amazing experience at the end of a long day. The Simpsons arcade machine was a personal favorite! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very responsive host. Property was well cared for, large yard, large bedrooms. The downstairs suite was perfect for adult offspring. Walkout to hot tub, fire pit, yard games if you have them. Probably the best vrbo ever.

Wonderful Cabin

Beautiful cozy CLEAN cabin close to everything, we stayed for 4 nights and everything was wonderful, your home is clean and cozy and very inviting. We loved everything about it. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Gore Mountain to ski!

Spacious & Cozy House in Great Location

We stayed at Jackson's Lodge for about a week for a skiing vacation. The layout worked great for us - 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom on the main floor for a party of 4 and a lower bedroom and bathroom for a party of 2. The house was clean and well maintained and there was plenty of room to spread out. The house was just a few minutes away from a supermarket, stores and restaurants and about 20 minutes from Gore Mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Great house in a great location!

Nothing short of wonderful!

Jackson's Lodge is beautiful. Everything from the well-equipped kitchen; to the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and amazing screened-in porch. The owners are very responsive and the check-in check-out process is seamless. Definitely recommend a stay at this lodge! We are looking forward to a future visit. Thank you for having us.

Easter weekend

The house was perfect for our Easter weekend with family. Very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, the house is well located if you want to go hiking in the area. The hosts were very responsive and very thoughtful! They even gave us bowls for the dog! I highly recommend.

FANTASTIC

What a fantastic, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and comfortable cabin. The property is beautiful and the backyard, patio and hot tub are set with such a great view. Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time staying in Tony’s home. We were in town for a wedding and it was located close to the venue and rehearsal dinner location. It was a nice area to explore. We checked out the schroon lake area which was a short drive. A nice little coffee shop there. The house was very clean, great cooking appliances, easy place to stay with young kids. Tony was very responsive if we needed help.

Family Vacation

This was a much needed woodsy getaway! If you want a nice, peaceful, amazing home away from home, getaway. Please book Tony’s beautiful home! Our time went by too fast and I wish we were still there. Beautiful and with so many amenities!

The lodge is in great condition, well maintained and clean. The owner stocked it with so many useful things, including kitchen spices, a vacuum cleaner, binoculars, and so many board games and outdoor toys. Very thoughtful and made it feel like home. Absolutely would recommend to families. The large screened in porch was a blessing, as there were unfortunately many mosquitos in late August.

A breath of fresh mountain air

My family and I (wife and 2 children ages 15 and 11) had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this vacation rental. It was quiet, clean, spacious and so relaxing. The property was large and beautiful and the house had ample space for all of us to spread out although most of our time was spent in the living room in front of the wood burning stove. The house had all the amenities anyone could ask for to make the stay inviting and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was so nice to soak in after a day on the slopes. Our primary reason for visiting was to snowboard and Gore mountain was a short 20 minute drive away through gorgeous windy mountain roads. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful mountain retreat and my family and I cannot wait to return.

The Adirondack Sky

My family and friends would like to thank Tony and Kristi (the owners) for such a great vacation at their home in Chestertown. Everything on the description of the house was accurate. The house was super cozy and comfortable. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owners were helpful with a few questions we had early in our stay and quick to respond. We brought our furry buddy Willow with us, and we are pretty sure she did not want to leave. There was plenty of room for her to play out back and a great neighborhood to walk her. We would 100% stay there again! I wish I could add pictures to this review, the area is beautiful outside, and The Adirondack Sky was simply stunning. Weekend Getaway

The house was beautiful with spacious living and dining areas. The 3 season screen room was nice, though we stayed in January and didn’t get to enjoy it. The kids and husband enjoyed the foosball table and arcade game. The master bed room is in the basement and the kids room downstairs, but there is an alarm/chime in place that goes off when any door opens which put my mind at ease being on another floor. Other reviews said the basement is cold but I did not find that to be true. There are local winter activities around but it’s bring your own gear, ie: ice skates/sled, which would have been nice to know. We did leave the sleds we bought at the house for future guests, as we have them at home. We had a great weekend away and would come back to this property.

Lovely home!

Our family of 5 plus grandma stayed for a week in July and it was perfect. The house was clean and stocked with the kitchen essentials we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, large backyard and jacuzzi. The location was also great - central to Schroon Lake and Lake George. The owners were also very responsive. Will consider again for future Adirondacks vacations!!

Excellent Get Away Spot for the Whole Family

Property was accommodating and presented the same as you see in the display pictures. The owners have made it inviting for a family along with ensuring there is enough technology and recreational items to entertain through all ages. We highly recommend staying here and plan to in the future if we return to the area.

Perfect Family Home

Beautiful cabin

Accommodations were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. They had everything we needed! The location was very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to skiing and a few restaurants. The hosts were easy to work with and I would highly recommend this place.
