"Creek Side cabin was just as charming as our first visit and we will continue to return.The peacefulness - trickling spring/creek, birdsong and the wind in the trees - immediately relaxes us. We love the cosiness inside and the carrot cake that awaits us.Susie is kind and considerate.Each visit, a doe has casually walked down the trail directly in front of the porch in the morning. She stops just beyond the steps - then walks onward. A nice way to start the day. Just an all around lovely place to rest and simply ... be."

"Room outdated old brown carpet all over made it dark and gloomy. Paint chipped. Worse part was the shower pressure was awful. I tried to get a room change but got the run around. They finally sent the “manager” who came to try and fix it ran the water and said it was ok that even he had low pressure at his home. I showed him the shower head he said it was fine that’s it. Then I showed him the condition of the bathroom mold and stains and he said nothing. Honestly for a chain hotel this was really a poor representation. I was told the manager would contact me and he did not. Honestly even the breakfast was one of the poorest conditions I’ve seen in a chain hotel. Dried up sausage and scrambled egg no other real options besides waffles. Would not recommend if you are looking to relax or enjoy a stay in the area. This is my second stay here and this was far worse. Just poor customer service and attention to customer care or comfort of their customers. Felt like Just a money grab when people are in a pinch. "

"We had only one issue.I called yesterday to check my reservation and they told me that it was confirmed, but when we went to do the check in the front desk told me that my reservation was canceled because of a third party did the cancellation, so they gave me another room.Other than that everything else was okey. "

"Everything about the hotel was A+ from the rooms to the staff, breakfast, location, and parking. "

"It was an awesome cozy cabin experience. Great place to relax after a day of hiking or biking. The house was stocked with toiletries and coffee! It’s also conveniently located near town in case you need supplies."

"We stayed at this property for the second time with our dogs, and once again we had a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary—peaceful, scenic, and conveniently located near Fancy Gap and Mt. Airy. The cabin is cute, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The surrounding property is beautiful and offers easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. And as always, the hot tub was our favorite part."
