"We had an outstanding stay at The Lodge! There are two floors with plenty of eating and lounging space. The upstairs has two large rooms for the bedrooms - thinking camping lodge layout. The main bedroom at the front of the house has two beds with the rest in the other upstairs room. There are plenty of chairs on the porch, and a wonderful living room at the entrance. We used the fire pit to cook a meal as there wasn’t a grill available. The fireplace is for decoration only. The house is incredibly quiet even though it sits right on a country road. The two upstairs decks are great for morning coffee or evening refreshments. We did find the downstairs temperature cooler than we would have liked but a space heater was provided to take off the chill. We hope to visit again! "
