Our room was very lovely and clean with a great view of the city.
Breakfast was good with changes every day.
The check-in/greeting staff were super friendly All of them were great and were especially helpful with suggestions on things to do.
And the staff at The Savory Restaurant were very polite, efficient and obliging. We looked forward daily to service from the restaurant manager and all the waiters.
Our week spent at the hotel was very enjoyable made extra memorable by the staff.
Highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down.
