Welcome to our bright, fully-remodeled 1-bedroom basement retreat! Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, our inviting space offers a perfect escape for couples, solo travelers and small families. This home away from home features a relaxing living area with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2-burner cooktop and Keurig), a comfortable queen bed adorned with soft linens in a private bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer & dryer.
Very Quiet location, in a family neighborhood. You are 1 block from Holliday Park, 1 mile from downtown and the Hospital. 3 miles from Cheyenne Frontier park (Lions park). Centrally located to enjoy Cheyenne and all it has to offer.

Perfect stay

The cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in! It was immaculate and had everything I could possibly need. Owner communication was great. They thought of every detail. I will definitely stay again!

Cozy Getaway lives up to its' name.

George was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. I had a longer stay than most and he was willing and able to to address any concerns or questions I had about the listing and the Cheyenne area, at large. The location is, indeed, cozy and has almost all the amenities one might need to enjoy a quiet night in, but the location affords a great many opportunities for an entertaining evening out. Well worth the stay.
