Spacious Loft near Downtown with kitchen & office

Great upstairs apartment close to downtown Cheyenne, located across from the Cheyenne library. This home is a short walk to the capitol, close to shopping and dinning. Comes with a cool clawfoot tub, flat screen tv, full kitchen, dining room table, small bedroom with twin bed and a nice large bedroom with desk. It brings a cool feel to unique old time Cheyenne with everything you need. (Must climb stairs) This home was built in 1917 and was converted to an apartment. This unit has a claw foot tub, office, key pad lock, queen size bed and twin size daybed with a pull out trundle bed. You may access all parts of this unit and the shared yard. Garage is not for guest use. I will not be at location but will be available if needed. Please message with any questions and I will be happy to help. The neighborhood has lots of old homes and cool stone buildings. This building was built in 1917. The neighborhood is quiet and a good place for walks. You can see the library and Catholic school from your second floor window. Downtown is 7 blocks with local transportation close by. The highway is only 5 minutes away. Downtown Cheyenne is just a short walk away. Close to the library which has a coffee shop, close to the Capitol, restaurants, and shopping. MUST CLIMB STAIRS
