"Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here."

"Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia.
